Banana Soft Serve Smoothie
(grain free, paleo)
- 1 large frozen banana cut up in chunks
- 1 cup almond/coconut blend milk
- 1.5 scoops protein (I use MGN vanilla whey isolate)
- spoonful of nut butter
- handful of ice cubes
- A SPOON
Blend all that up, stick it in the freezer for around 30 minutes to get thick and chunky and prepare your tastebuds for a flavor party.
Note– if you pour it into a bowl and freeze it, it makes the smoothie even more like soft serve.
It tastes even better when you eat it with a crumbled, warm quest bar!! It’s like a healthified DQ blizzard! IT WAS IDENTICAL TO ICE CREAM. So thick, I needed a spoon.
