Good Morning everyone!

You guys seriously ROCK MY WORLD! All of the support you’ve given me about bulking/finding a coach has given me an added spark to stay motivated :D

I started yesterday with the program and plan to write up a big update post *hopefully* tomorrow! I’ve just been out of this world cray cray busy the past two days. But, it involved seeing sea turtles, holding sea urchins, and scouring in tide pools for lab, so I guess it’s worth it! :D

But I digress…

Earlier this month, I received Muscle and Fitness’ new monthly box program for review after the lovely Crystal contacted me about it.

  2. I love preworkouts! Well i did. Ive been pretty naturally hype lately so whenever i do take one i have a panic attack hahaha but i also love protein bars and protein powder. Cant help it, im a meathead at heart ;)

  3. I always drink whey protein after a workout. It also helps my sweet tooth cravings since they have it in vanilla or chocolate, so I can use it to mix with fruits, oatmeal, or smoothies. I recently started using a preworkout supplement called C4. I’m still trying to figure out how much is effective for me, but I think it’s a great way to get me pumped to work out!

  4. Currently, I am using 2 pre workouts… I make a lil cocktail lol I mix 1-2 scoops of On Amino Energy Fruit Punch with 1/2 scoop Muscle Pharm Assault Rasberry Lemonade. I have nooo idea why I got that Rasberry Flavor but its gross and mixing the Amino Energy makes it more bearable!! I couldnt waste the tub it was so expensive. Before that, I was a N.O. Xplode addict. I need a new pre wo bc you know how your body becomes immune to them after a while but I have no idea what to get.. any suggestions?! I also use Dymatize ISO-100 in Creamy Vanilla .. soooo good and great nutritionals… for post workout. I would looove to win these goodies!! I love samples but I never have a chance to get them unless I pay for them lol These would def. help me decide on a new pre wo too!! Thanks for the opportunity Girlie!! Im keeping my fingers crossed that I win!!!

    • I HIGHLY recommend C4 for pre workout, it is SO AMAZING! You get tingly and super amped, and I never have any crashes with it. Pink lemonade is my favorite ever!! I also like superpump max, but my body got too used to it too fast. With C4, I’ve been using it for months and my body still reacts the same way it did when I started! :)

  6. Man o man, it is all about the fruit passion BCAA deliciousness I imbibe pre-weight slinging at 5 in the AM. It’s as honey boo boo says, “my go-go juice!”

  7. Loving the idea of this box program! My favorite supplements would be Muscle Gauge pure whey isolate (really, any flavor!), fish oil, and vitamin D :) The basics, but all important in my opinion

  8. My favourite supplements are whey protein powder (cookies and cream or chocolate … blended with yogurt! so so delicious and it makes it easier to get in a lot of protein) and vitamin C (to prevent any sickness).
